out at one time, And excepting always from my said Library so bequeathed to the said University All Copys of Books whereof I have been the Author or Editor, more than ∧ one Copy of each of such Books, And also excepting all my Manuscripts & all my papers on learning or Sciences, & all Books wherein or concerning which any of my Notes or Additions are written, particularly Pappus Alexandrinus with my Manuscript Notes, papers and writings on or concerning the sameRules to be observed in lending Dr Simsons Books1 No Book to be lent but by a written Authority of the Dean of Faculty2 The Books so lent to be kept out of the Library only for a short time3 Not above ten Volumes to be out at one time
